WE “EK UMEED FOUNDATION” NGO team members got a telecon on dated 18-12-2019 from some local youngsters , that one factory owner in ludhiana hit a STRAY dog with a sharp weapon and due to this brutal act , NECK AND FOOD PIPE of stray dog got damaged and team of dog lovers reached there and pick the dog and immediately reached at Hospital namely PEOPLE FOR ANIMAL . Doctor stated that due to major injuries on the neck food pipe and other vanes got damaged and the said dog cannot survived . Team immediately reached at GURU ANGAD DEV VETERINARY AND ANIMAL SCIENCE UNIVERSITY at PAU ludhiana FOR THE best treatment of dog. After long treatment ,operation and surgery of dog lovers now the dog got his conscious . but now he has to live with artificial food pipe. Pictures of Dog and treatment proof is enclosed for your reference. It is really heart touching for us sight to see him with artificial food pipe, because the life of stray dog is very hard .Can you please suggest me as to what action could be taken on such brutal guys in future who kill animals to death. address of accused person is also enclosed.we already forwarded one complaint to the Commissioner of Police today 20/12/2019 of police action , copy also enclosed.
